1) Register to become our member.
2) Select items on our online shop.
3) Check after shopping.
4) Fill up the receiver's detail information such as your business name or your name, address, country, phone, and email.
5) Select shipping method and payment way you prefer.
6) Check your order detail.
7) If OK go on with "Next Step" and make make deposit as directed on the web.
8) You can check your cart and order detail in your member area.
9) Inform us after you have made the deposit.
10) If we confirm that you down payment has arrived we started process your order immediately.
11) Send you pictures after all items in the order are ready to ship for your reference and confirmation.
12) Make balance and freight payment to us.
13) We'll make shippment as soon as we get your final payment. And then send you all the documents.
14) You or your agent do the custom clearance with the documents.

Q: What is your payment terms and minimum order?
We usually do 20' or 40' container load order. Say value Euro6500 at least.
We need 50% prepaid when you place an order, and 50% pay once the goods are all finished. Plus the shipping fright. You are welcome to visit our factory and warehouse to confirm the order.
Payment Method:
1) Bank money wire transfer.
2)Paypal: We prefer all payment by bank money wire transfer. But for deposit payment you can pay by either bank money wire transfer or Paypal.

Q: Can you mix different types of product for us?
A:Yes, we do. Apart from the goods we offered we have long term partners to supply different items to meet your requirment and market. We also put small items into cabinets or trunks. It can increase your variety and save shipping.
Q:How do we know if a product is antique or modern reproduction?
A: For retailers you buy from our stock and it is clearly stated on our web pages.
For wholesalers generally speaking, over 85% of our items are antique and others are reproductions. Once you place the order(make down payment) , we'll pick up from our stock or let our staff collect over China. We'll mark condition for every item including old or new at the time. You can delete new ones and ask other old items instead then. But before we get your deposit we can not explain which ones are new or old so that we can concentrate on the service for valuable customers.
Q:What is the minimum order?
A: This site is for wholesalers. The minimum is a 20' or 40' full container load order. If you are private buyer please go to www.folkartcn.com to do shopping.
Q:How about packing?
A:Big items will be packed by carton and small items packed by foam. They are strong enough to protect the goods.
Q: What is the leading delivery time?
A: It usually takes about 30 to 50 days since we get your down payment. However if you select most from our stock we can make delivery much quicker.
Q:Will we be liable for any import taxes or duties?
A: Yes, it is on your side.
Q: What is shipping and handling charge?
Shipping (Freight):
We'll contact you on shipping after we get your deposit for the order.
We usually do container load shipping for the furniture is big capacity goods with less value. We can ship to main international seaprt. View below for seaports info. We can also do door to door shipping as per your request. If you are urgent for some items we can also do air shipping for you.
Our forwarder is experenced in make shippment worldwide. They can do good arrangement to ensure you can get the goods safely in time.
The freight differs depending on the seaport. Take a 20' container as example it's about Euro1600 to 2500. We'll contact our forwarder when we get your deposit to know the shipping. The final frieight will be confirmed at the time of ready to ship. Please select enough items to fill up the container. View below for container info:

There's size capacity for our items. You can estimate the capacity to order the quantity of our goods.
Custom clearance and documentation charge(Handling charge):
1)If you place and FCL(Full container load order)--over Euro5000.00 at least:
There will be only Euro210 export charges.
2) if you place LCL--less than a container load order(Less than Euro5000.00):
Export agent fee: Euro 39.00
Port Processing Fee: Euro 39.00
Documentation & Custom: Euro 77.00
Land Shipment in China : Euro 32.00 to Euro 193 as per quantity
Inspection & Handling: Euro 51.00
Sterilization Fee: Euro97 to Euro180 (optional as per your custom policy )

All the above charges except shipping keeps the same no matter how many you buy. So the more you buy the lower the cost is.
Q:What happens if an item arrives damaged?
A:You have the following options:
We'll send you a new one instead if it's worse damaged. And if there's a little damaged we'll do some compensation.
