    What kind of chair did Chinese absolute controller—the country's emperor sit?

    What kind of seats did ordinary people sit?

    Which one is most recognized best?

    Enjoy Mr. Ma weidu and his friend some interesting successful and failure stories.

    It's called treasure seat(Baozuo). It's very big like a bed. Bed is very important in traditional Chinese daily life. The host also meets visitors on bed. So the treasure seat is like a bed in shape. You can not rely on anything for this kind of seat. It's not really comfortable to sit on it the whole day to do daily work. If in case you go to Summer Palace you can see it. You would prefer sit on sofa to do office work or watch TV.

    Why don't the emperor use comfortable chair?

    Beds place an import role in China daily life. You can see that these officials site on day beds(as chairs) to have a meeting and event.
